Whilst pricing is key for auction sales, we are still experiencing high levels of demand for competitively priced refurbishment projects. There is also a noticeable trend of buyers now favouring commercial and mixed-use investments over residential buy to let opportunities in Bristol and the surrounding areas.
We achieved an incredible 96% success rate in our 26 June auction, raising over £5.2 million in sales.
