June 2026 Property Auction Results: 96% Sold and Over £5.2 Million Raised

Our June 2026 property auction delivered another exceptional set of results, despite reports the UK property market is cooling. Whilst pricing is key for auction sales, we are still experiencing high levels of demand for competitively priced refurbishment projects. There is also a noticeable trend of buyers now favouring commercial and mixed-use investments over residential buy to let opportunities in Bristol and the surrounding areas.

We achieved an incredible 96% success rate in our 26 June auction, raising over £5.2 million in sales.
