We currently have a vacancy for a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS or AssocRICS) to join our Residential Surveying Team in Bristol.
We are looking for an experienced part or full-time surveyor to undertake Homebuyer Reports and Valuations for Private Clients.
This role can either be hybrid (working from home/office) or office based.
Salary calculated pro-rata, based on £50,000-£60,000pa depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of residential valuations and home buyer reports for private clients in accordance with client/company requirements. RICS Red Book and to industry/best practice standards.

Working within a small, independent agency, the successful candidate will play a key role in all aspects of the lettings process. In addition to negotiating lets, you will also assist with maintenance coordination and handle general lettings enquiries, so a flexible and proactive approach is essential.
