Negotiator - Auction Department

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Negotiator to join our busy Auction Department based in our Clifton office.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of Bristol’s most established independent property specialists, working within our fast-paced and rewarding property auction department. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting buyers and sellers through the auction process while helping to grow and develop the department.

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum depending on experience

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:45am – 6:00pm (no weekends)

Location: Clifton Office 

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling buyer and seller enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Conducting property viewings and liaising with clients
• Assisting with the preparation of marketing particulars for auction properties
• Supporting negotiations prior to and following auction sales
• Building strong relationships with investors, developers and property professionals
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous estate agency or property experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A confident and professional manner
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• A proactive and target-driven attitude
• Full UK driving licence and own car

Residential Surveyor (Part or Full Time)

We currently have a vacancy for a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS or AssocRICS) to join our Residential Surveying Team in Bristol.

We are looking for an experienced part or full-time surveyor to undertake Homebuyer Reports and Valuations for Private Clients.

This role can either be hybrid (working from home/office) or office based.

Salary calculated pro-rata, based on £50,000-£60,000pa depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of residential valuations and home buyer reports for private clients in accordance with client/company requirements. RICS Red Book and to industry/best practice standards.
