The Bristol property market remains very strong with a very low volume of property coming to the market and still plenty of buyers looking to step onto the housing ladder and move upwards. The pressure on prices therefore remains with significant growth over the past 1-2 years. We have seen many cases of 10% price increases over the past year in the Bristol area with some pockets seeing huge growth during 2015 alone.
The big question is will it continue? There are no signs that prices are likely to fall and unless more property is placed on the market very quickly the likelihood is that prices will continue to rise into 2016.
