Tim is the Managing Partner and oversees all aspects of the business. Tim has over 25 years’ experience with extensive knowledge of surveying and valuing in Bristol and the surrounding areas. He acts for private clients, local solicitors, major lenders, Housing associations and Charities providing advice on value, condition and acting as expert witness when required.
Tim is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a RICS Registered Valuer.
The Ministry of Housing Communities & Local Government have confirmed the housing market remains open.
