2016 Auction Round-Up
Maggs & Allen concluded the 2016 Auction calendar with the 29th November sale, which included a wide variety of residential houses and flats, commercial investments and development land.
The Auction was attended by over 500 prospective buyers, including developers, investors and private buyers alike. The final Auction of the year was a resounding success with 22 of the 24 lots on offer being successfully sold resulting in a success rate of over 91%.
